Morning Program

The morning program runs from 9:00 to 12:00, five days a week. The program is run by an A.M. Director who is assisted by two teachers and participating parents.

Parents whose children attend the morning program five days a week must participate once a week. Parents whose children attend school three days a week participate every other week.

In the morning program, children play and participate in various activities — including music, plays, games, dress ups, cooking, art projects, sand play, bikes, and stories.

A typical morning schedule:

8:40	Planning meeting for participating parents
9:00	Good morning, greeting circle
9:15	Inside/outside choice of activities
11:00	Clean Up
11:15	Circle time, music, plays, movement games
11:30	Lunch
11:50	Outside play and get ready to go home
12:00	Time to go home
